Why Saha Montaj
Installation work never ends in one visit.
A glass balcony or facade job usually spans several visits. The biggest hidden cost is the rework visit nobody records.

Photos get lost in WhatsApp groups.
Later, nobody can tell which photo belongs to which job, or how the site was left at handover.
"Has the crew started?" means a phone call.
The office only learns who is where, and when a job started or finished, by calling around.
Missing material and wrong measurements turn into second visits.
The reason and the cost go unrecorded, so the same mistakes repeat.
The plan lives in Excel, the changes in people's heads.
When production slips, nobody sees at a glance which jobs move with it.
Available today
The office plans, the crew moves, every step is recorded.
Saha Montaj follows how installation work really happens: few fields, big buttons, no pointless forms.
For the crew on site
A three-button field flow
Start, Complete, Report a problem. Crews move through the job with one tap; actual start and finish times are recorded automatically. A problem comes with a reason: missing material, wrong measurement, damaged product, customer absent, weather, extra work request.
Job planning and calendar
Plan jobs by date, priority and crew, and see them in a monthly, weekly or daily calendar.
Follow-ups and visits
When something goes wrong on site, the office plans the next visit in one click. Customer, address and crew are copied, and every visit of the job shows in one list.
Waiting for material
Jobs waiting on the factory or a supplier get their own status, tracked against an expected ready date.
Photos and job history
Photos are resized on the phone and upload fast. Who did what, when and why is all in the job history.
One-tap contact
Call the customer, open directions, or send a WhatsApp message pre-filled with the job details.
People and vehicles
Crew records, driving licences, vehicle inspections and maintenance in one place. Upcoming inspections do not slip by.
Role-based access
The office manages everything; field staff see only the jobs assigned to them. Each company's data is kept separate.

How it works
Order on site in three steps.
Instead of teaching a new habit, it makes what the crew already does easier.
The office plans the job
Customer, address, job type and date go in and a crew is assigned. The job appears on the crew's phones.
Office · computer
The crew moves on site
Directions, Start, photos, Complete. Every step is recorded with its time and who did it.
Field crew · phone
A problem becomes a follow-up
If material is missing or a measurement is wrong, the crew picks the reason; the office plans the next visit in one click or marks the job as waiting for material.

FAQ
Common questions
Do we need to install an app?
No. Saha Montaj runs in the browser, with the same account on phone and computer. The field screens are designed for one-handed use on a phone.
What do field staff see?
Only the jobs assigned to them. On site they start and complete jobs, report problems, and add notes and photos. Decisions such as cancelling or reopening a finished job stay with the office.
Is our data safe?
Each company's data is kept separate and every request is checked against the company. Sign-in runs through Auth0 and access is limited by role. Sensitive details such as national ID numbers are shown in full only to authorised users.
How much does it cost?
We are in early access. Tell us your crew size and what you need, and we will look at it together.
Can it fit our own job types?
We are tailoring job types and skills to the installation trades. Feedback from early-access companies will shape the roadmap.
Want to try it with your crew?
Write to us for early access, and we will see together whether it fits your team.
